What is the Winter Reset Gathering?
The Winter Reset Gathering is a curated afternoon for women designed to help you slow down, reset your nervous system, and begin the year feeling grounded. The experience includes a guided sound bath, calming tea ritual, nourishing food and mocktails, intention-setting and vision work, and aromatherapy.
Who is this gathering for?
This gathering is for women who are craving calm, connection, and intention after a busy season. No prior experience with sound baths, meditation, or wellness practices is needed.
What do I need to bring?
Guests are asked to bring a yoga mat, blanket, and/or pillow to support comfort during the sound bath. Think cozy and supportive.
To accommodate everyone, chairs will also be available for those who prefer to sit rather than lie on the floor.
What should I wear?
Wear whatever feels comfortable and cozy to you. Layers are encouraged so you can adjust throughout the afternoon.
I’ve never done a sound bath. Is that okay?
Absolutely. Sound baths are very accessible and require no experience. You’re welcome to lie down on your mat or sit comfortably in a chair and simply rest and listen.
What is included with my ticket?
All ticket types include full access to the gathering: tea, a guided sound bath, mocktails, plant-forward bites, intention-setting activities, and aromatherapy.
VIP tickets also include reserved front-area space during the sound bath, priority seating, and an expanded take-home gift box.
Can I come alone?
Yes. Many guests attend solo. This is a welcoming, low-pressure environment designed to make everyone feel comfortable.
Can I bring a friend?
Of course. Bring your gals and gather together with like-minded women as we build connection and community.
Where is the gathering held?
The gathering will take place at the Jewish Community Center (JCC) in Omaha (333 S 132nd St, Omaha, NE 68154). Guests will check in at the Goldstein room at 1:15. The sound bath will take place across the hall in the Wiesman Room.
Are tickets refundable or transferable?
Tickets are non-refundable due to the nature of the event. If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend. Please let us know in advance.
How many tickets are available?
This is an intentionally small gathering with a maximum of 60 guests to keep the experience calm and connected. Early Bird tickets are limited to 10, and VIP tickets are limited to 8. Once tickets are sold out, we won’t be able to accommodate additional guests.

I’ve always believed gatherings are where the best parts of life happen. As a planner, designer, and perpetual meaning-maker, I help clients create events that feel grounded, personal, and filled with intention. My work blends creativity, wellness, story-driven design, and a down-to-earth approach that keeps the process calm and enjoyable.
Based in Omaha, Nebraska, I serve the metro area and surrounding communities, with big dreams brewing for a future greenhouse venue, teaching kitchen, and youth-centered space called Camp Linda.
